Euro Company is a longstanding Italian family business, boasting over 40 years of experience in sourcing and distributing nuts and dried fruits.

We are based in Godo di Russi, in Ravenna province in the heart of Romagna where we have our headquarters and production facility. Today, our company employs over 450 people from 29 different nationalities, with an average age of 40 and a majority being female.

Our daily efforts are directed towards our employees, customers, consumers and the planet, but also equally towards the community and our local area. We offer nuts and dried fruits, with raw materials having undergone as little processing as possible. Every day we try to provide our employees with an ethical and stimulating environment in which to feel happy and fulfilled.

We invest in minimising packaging waste and in developing more sustainable packaging. We choose customers who share our values and prefer local suppliers whenever possible. We support the community through projects and training courses on health and proper nutrition.

Environmental impact

We invest in minimising packaging waste and in developing more sustainable packaging.
In recent years, we have reduced the amount of packaging used to pack our products by 25% while at the same time conducting a comparative lifecycle study of the materials we use in order to steer our choices towardsincreasingly sustainable and 100% recyclable packaging.

Note on certification

As of October 2019, we are a certified B Corp,™. This certification indicates that a company is recognized as complying with B Lab’s social and environmental impact standards, making a legal commitment to “ stakeholder governance” (people, customers, communities and the environment).B lab is a nonprofit organization that promotes the evolution of economic systems by creating tools and programs designed to change the behavior, culture and structure of the capitalist system. B lab’s standards are at the heart of the “B Impact Assessment” against which B Corp,™ companies must score 80 or higher to achieve certification.With B Corp,™ certification, we have entered a path of continuous improvement; in fact, in order to maintain this certification, we undergo an evaluation and verification process every 3 years (as do all B Corp,™ certified companies), demonstrating that we meet B Lab’s standards.
