Cashew and coconut spread bars
A snack with an exotic flavour!

The 100% cream


Serves: about 4 bars

Ingredients

100g plain biscuits
90g Greek yogurt
50g cashew and coconut spread

For garnish

60g shredded coconut
100g white chocolate

Method

Crush the biscuits by hand or using a food processor.
Place crumbs in a bowl.
Add Greek yogurt.
Add cashew and coconut cream.
Mix until well combined.
Press mixture into a parchment-lined pan.

Freeze for at least 1 hour.
Melt white chocolate using a double boiler.
Cut mixture into bars.
Decorate with melted white chocolate and shredded coconut.
Freeze for another 30 minutes before serving.
