The 100% cream

Serves: about 30 cookies
Ingredients
250g all-purpose flour
200g dark chocolate chips
100g butter
125g brown sugar
125g white sugar
1 egg
½ tsp baking soda
30g peanut butter
Method
Combine flour and baking soda in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave.
Add melted butter to the dry ingredients.
Add the egg, peanut butter and both sugars.
Mix until a firm dough forms.
Add chocolate chips and mix until evenly distributed.
Shape the dough into balls.
Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, well spaced.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for about 10 minutes.
Let cool slightly before serving.
